"Very nice hotel with good amenities. There was Highway and train noise but nothing loud enough to keep people up at night. Restaurant area was very nice and the staff were polite and helpful. I did request a rollaway crib three seperate times and was not brought one. In the end I had to sleep with my baby and create a barrier so she wouldn't fall off the bed. The wifi is great with a nice desk and fridge/microwave. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. I would come back to this hotel."

"When we first arrived they assigned my 2 rooms on the 1st floor and those rooms were terrible! One room had a bathroom full of eyelashes and hair and one of the cups in the bathroom looked very used. The other room had stained sheets and pillowcases. America, of the managers came to ask if everything was ok, we told her about everything and they recommended me move rooms and they put us up on the 5th floor. Where Oilvia cleans rooms and it was much better! She made the rest of our stay much more worth it! Overall I would give the place a 7/10, I would stay again but make sure my house keeper knows how to clean. Other than that no other problems."

"The hotel accommodation is very good, also very close to the main historic area, and breakfast was excellent. The only thing is that they forgot to replace the towels one day. But in general a very good experience 👍"
