"We were very pleased with everything about the hotel, but the gentleman named Mario at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. We visited the hotel the day before to ask about transportation to the hotel from Šibenik. He researched it and sent us an email with good information. Every day that we were there, he greeted us warmly and wished us well and was always available for help and answers as we were first time visitors to the city. Everyone in the hotel, including the staff in the Restaurant was exceptional."

"Excellent location with all major attractions within easy walking distance. The room was clean and was an adequate size. Bathroom was clean; the shower stall was very nice. The beds were comfortable which helped us to sleep well. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly and courteous."
