The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom. We had the biggest queen bed ever and the kids slept on the sofa bed. The air con was working.
