Die Villa befindet sich direkt in erster Reihe am Strand - nur getrennt durch eine Promenade / Gehweg. Dadurch darf man sich nicht gestört fühlen, es spazieren hier dann natürlich immer wieder andere Gäste bzw. auch Urlauber aus dem benachbarten Campingplatzen vorbei.
