“Unfortunately we found mold in the room, visible under the AC unit. The unit was also filthy with black crusted mold on the units vent fan. There was trash left behind as well. I immediately took a picture and shared with the front desk staff. They were dismissive and said it will get handled. It never got resolved. Very disappointed in the way this situation was not dealt with - the staff did not care.”
