“The location and view of this property is phenomenal. Walking distance to the shops on the Homer Spit, the docks, and beachcombing. It is apparent the owners or managers have allowed this property to be a “cash cow” while deferring significant maintenance. The flooring in the kitchen/dining/living area is in very rough condition. A towel bar is not attached to the wall. Rusted and potentially dangerous deck furnishings. A cracked window (which I believe was cracked when we stayed there about 4-5……
