“The check in process. Was is with a kiosk. Which did not work for me. Also , did not work for3 other customers. We have to use the house phone to alert a staff member. Who showed up after we waited for over twenty minutes. He drove up in his car. Came into the hotel. Once he got the computer up and running. He checked the three of us in that we're waiting. To me this is unacceptable. You need to have staff at the desk. It was manual automatic a check out. No breakfast offered. For almost a……

“When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night……
