Check in or out was the issue and don’t know how to reach to someone for check in buzz was not working, with luggage and no sim was the challenge, for one night. But was convenient location . The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). "Radisson Hotel and Suites Zurich is excellent place,clean and excellent staff specially the staff in the front desk. But I would never recommend Radisson Hotel Zurich by the airport the staff in the front desk is terrible , we made a mistake taking the shuttle bus to the hotel thinking it will bring us also to Radisson Hotel and Suites but took us only to the Radisson Hotel by the airport and the staff told us to just walk it will take us only 5 minutes when in fact the hotel is 25 minutes away by car. What a Jerk making us look like stupid."
