"Staff welcoming, room lovely. What let it down was a king bed that was very soft ( sunk hugely on one side ) and the frustration of getting to the front door to deposit bags and check in. With roads closed to cars and one way roads I ended up leaving my husband a few streets away and walking with my bags alone to find the hotel. Then I found out there was basement parking but you need to check in first to get the code! Not super helpful. More communication would avoid frustration! "

"Easy check in, the receptionist was lovely and got us extra pillows when we asked. Parking convenient in the multi-storey. Easy walk into Bruges itself, or public transport available on the doorstep. Clean room, comfy bed, great shower! Only niggle was the window doesn't open much so the room was hot on a 23° day (air con didn't work either). Basic (no kettle and shower is right next to the bed, but you know that on booking) but will do for a short stay as just somewhere to sleep!"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Our issues began the moment we arrived; after checking in, we entered our assigned room only to find it hadn't been cleaned. We were forced to take all of our luggage back to reception and wait for them to find us an alternative room. The room layout was highly impractical; the toilet was separate and extremely cramped, which was a major issue for my 6’7” husband. Additionally, the sofa bed for our son was rock-hard and hadn't been made up when we checked in. To finish the stay, housekeeping knocked at 9:00 am, despite the 12:00 pm check-out time. Poor attention to detail and very uncomfortable. "
