Very nice staff and nice boutique hotel
"This was our second time to stay this hotel, we enjoyed to stay this hotel when we visit Ostend. Staff are friendly, very good breakfast, a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops around here. We will come back in July."

"Everything was very good except at breakfast this morning. The hot food wasn't filled quickly enough, replacement items like beans shouldn't take 10 mins to refill. Also I asked for 2 poached eggs and one was just a mess on the plate. This should not be served to a customer like that."

"Check in process was not smooth at all. No code were given ahead of time to enter the property. Luckily came across a staff member who helped and explained how check in process works. Also no parking info was given prior to arrival and made things difficult. Staff were lovely and helpful but unreachable ..."
