"Spotless perfect place to stay"

"Breakfast was great as there were good healthy options. There was a lot of noise from other guests with kids screaming on the floor and doors being shut loud multiple times from 10 to 10:40 pm.I called the service desk multiple times but they couldn’t properly observe the noise. Otherwise the layout "

"We didn’t enjoy the pool since it was a bit chilly but the hotel was so nice and clean. There was gelato in the lobby which we definitely took advantage of. We walked to Universal Studios everyday (0.8 miles I think)."
