Great hotel for wheelcair acess. My sister has limited use of right leg and no use of right arm. Room large enough to maneuver wheel chair around and a bathroom with railing on left side was a game changer for her. Would have enjoyed staying here even longer.

Hello, Staff was very nice however one staff refused or cannot communicate in english. She asked my husband to speak spanish but we only know a few words. Anyhow but we eventually figured out what she is trying to tell us 😊. Shuttle is great and the driver attendant was very nice. Breakfast is convenient. We stayed only for 1 night. Need to arrive to Orlando for embarkation. Thank you.

Room was dirty, lack of care to the point worried if liens were clean. Hair in bathroom, floors, bathtub not cleaned. Room couch was dirty and sat on towels. Hallways absolutely gross. Elevators gross. Overall appearance okay until you check in and see property isn’t taken care of. Very much disappointed

Ramada is a good place to stay if you need to stay for a brief time with easy access to the airport. It's conveniently located and they have a free shuttle service. Clean and quiet. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was average.

Everyone there was super friendly I liked how the hotel rooms were set-up they say that you have to check-in at 4pm but when I arrived he allowed me to check-in early I was really happy with that since i have a 5 year old and a 1 year old. The reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is because the hallway smelled like mildew and there was mildew on the bathtub as well and the mirror was broken.
