It was a process at first due to cashless at check inā€¦so had trouble loading cash on card on a Sunday night šŸ˜¬šŸ˜³ the night staff (9:30 - 10ish pm) were very patient and helpfulā€¦after that it was amazing

Our room was very spacious with a kitchen, living area, a room with 2 queen beds, and another room with a king size bed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. After a whole day at Disney parks, I must say we slept well. The breakfast was good. The kids loved the mickey waffles. The staff were friendly. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I dislike is paying $26 for parking a night.

Loved the assistance with an early check in. Traveling with kids was hard but the staff made it easy. My 2 year old loved the character appearance every morning at breakfast.

The person checking me in (Joel) was very sweet and helpful. However, when working with a customer you should not stop to attend to other customers/people. The elevator closest to our room wasn't working for a few days. We stayed for 4. Also, the back door exit 4 was broken so anyone was able to walk into the hotel without a key. The morning breakfast was nice but could definitely use more variety. There was only a banana for fruit. Also, the turkey bacon offered was not cooked thoroughly. Also, there seemed to be a shortage of staff as a lot of trash bahs would sit outside the hotel room doors. Even so, it gets the job done and I'd stay again.

They did not have my accommodations correct. The room smelled and the TVs did not work. Even though they tried to fix the accommodations it was an epic fail! I am very upset about this trip! We left early and could not get a refund. Be aware of the refundable policyā€™s before booking.

Folks, this is a nice hotel but totally outdated with its facilities & rooms. Definitely needs an upgrade. Has limited professional staff at front desk / housekeeping. If you are lucky to coincide with a professional, it works- otherwise most things become a mess!!! But anyway it is value for money if you find it at cheaper rates.

Property was great! Can improve with the breakfast, didnā€™t vary by the day. Uber or Lyft to the Disney parks less than $20 and to the airport MCO under $40. Many places to eat near by. Suites with the full kitchen, Walmart and Target nearby for groceries. Loved it!

After booking a nonrefundable trip I saw some more recent reviews with mixed opinions on the hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised with the condition and cleanliness of our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite as well as the facilities for breakfast, the lobby, and the pool. Breakfast was good and never too busy. AC was cool and beds were comfortable. Would return. Would stay here again.

Quick Summary: I was told by property/Facility team that Booking from Expedia or any third party they can't guarantee the stay as these reservations are not prioritized when compared with Direct booking from property website. So bottom line is we can't rely on the Expedia. Here is a full syory, I have made a reservation almost 50 days prior my trip. Also I got msg from Expedia that my stay is confirmed at Residence Inn; but on the date of my stay just 5 min before my check-in time I got an email from Property/Residence Inn saying that I don't have a room and they are allocating a matching room at A-loft (hotel) but my actual booking was for 2Queen bed with full kitchen unfortunately I did not got similar room at A-loft I got one room with 2 queen bed though but no kitchen not even Microwave šŸ˜­ but room price was slightly less than compared with ResidenceInn. I have a dependency/so preferred a room which features 2 queen bed and with full kitchen for my entire stay for 5 days but my plans got spoiled as last minute update won't help and by that time I was not able to get any Full kitchen options and some options were there which were quite expensive though. . I paid more than what's it's actually worth of my stay. I might end up with budget friendly room with 100$ for a room if it's only 2 queen bed without Microwave
