“The pillow has a strange smile.”

“Check in was easy, staff friendly and efficient. Newer lobby. Unfortunately our room smelled of cigar smoke. Double checked to see if we had a smoking room. We did not. We slept with the window open to try to air it out. Looks to be recently refreshed rooms, but not fully repaired/replaced as needed in some areas of the room like the bathroom door that wouldn’t shut and the security lock on the door. Room appeared to be clean, why they would not air out the room or paint it or something……
