“What was supposed to be 4 star hotel was hardly 2 star. Lift was broken and no one offer help with luggage to the 3rd floor, no air-conditioning and no simple fans, refrigerator in my room didn't work, when approaching the reception, the lady said, true the refrigerator doesn't work but why do i have a problem with this! Made reservation for dinner but all tables in the garden were occupied and the only available table was inside without Aircon at 40c and all waiters sweating... One the worst……

“We enjoyed all aspects of our stay at this family owned property. The location provides easy access to local attractions and is close to the Autobahn. The accommodations were clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was a tasty selection of breads and various deli-type accompaniments. The staff were friendly and attentive. Grüner Sand met all of our expectations and we intend to stay there again during our next visit to Germany.”

“Second stay here. Would have been five stars but when I arrived with my wife having accident my booked for one person, I was charged €32 for the extra person. Bearing in mind we told them we were leaving before breakfast, that was €32 for a towel, a pillowcase and a duvet cover. Bit cheeky. When we had just spent €75 on a quick meal. ”
