“The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment. I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have……

“Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Zimmer gebucht. Es war geräumig und gut bestückt, kleiner Hinweis ans Personal: gerne auch drei Tassen bei Buchung von drei Erwachsenen. Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend vorhanden. Das Personal war bestrebt zügig nachzulegen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt dort. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.”

“Helt fantastisk dejligt sted, med det venligste personale og med virkelig god mad. Var så heldige at blive opgraderet til et større værelse med en lille altan, helt uden beregning. ”
