“The staff are helpful. Almost everyone spoke English (not that I expected, but it was nice not to use a translation app). They asked me a few questions about why we were there and told us the easiest and cheapest way to get there. When our train departed late, they allowed a late checkout for a fee. They even helped when my taxi fell through and got us to the train station with plenty of time to spare. ”

“I had an amazing stay – the facility was great, clean, very spacious and the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. “到达酒店时门口没有站门童提行李，办理入住和前台反应了之后他们立刻帮忙去搬行李。入住的两天里进出都未见过门口有门童。办理入住时有欢迎饮料，房间宽敞干净，装饰和配色漂亮，客房清洁员很可爱，把我们的墨镜戴在房间里酒店小熊的脸上。本来想尝试酒店的米其林餐厅，被告知周五周六都没有位置了，周日周一不营业。所以想来此吃饭一定要提前预约。不过我认为建议酒店是否可以考虑为住客预留几个餐厅位置。酒店位置很方便，附近有一些餐馆和咖啡厅，离商业街和景点也不远，总体来说是不错的体验”

“離市中心有點遠，但介紹上說明會提供車位，第一次到德累斯頓的我們才選了這裡。房間有點舊，浴室很暗，枕頭扁平得仿如無物。 下午check in後就駕車到市中心遊玩，晚上九時左右返回酒店，發現酒店的戶外車位已滿了，於是向前枱小姐求助，她只冷冷地回應沒辦法，唯有泊進地下停車場，但要7 euro 一晚，兩個都是酒店的停車場，我不明白為何一個免費一個要付費，很古怪的政策；然後她建議我們可嘗試泊在附近的小街，但不保證會否被抄罰單！ 差不多的價錢其實可以租住市中心的酒店，而市中心附近街道的泊車位晚上反而是免費的，自駕遊的朋友可以留意一下，不用為了車位而租這間偏遠又沒賣點的酒店”
