This hotel is absolutely lovely! Immaculate in every area, with very helpful and friendly staff. The room was perfectly appointed. The bathroom door doubled as a door to the toilet and I want one of those in my house! The rain shower with a wand had great water pressure and temperature. I'm not a fan of open showers and this one was as expected; it's chilly when you turn off the water and there is not ceiling fan in the bathroom to take away the steam. Otherwise, the bathroom had a double sink with nice storage below. The bedroom offered plenty of space with a desk, dresser, nightstand, dresser for my suitcase and a couch. You need to insert your key to use the lights and heater/ac, which is an energy saver. The included buffet breakfast is off the charts delicious and offers everything you can wish. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay, right in the middle of all the action on the Magnificent Mile, and I would definitely stay there again.

Room was not cleaned/ towels weren't replaced for the duration of our 3 night stay which I found rather peculiar. They also only provided 1 key for our room. I had believed it was common practice to provide 2. Other than that, the room was clean when we arrived, the bedding was comfortable, and the gym was lovely.

The gym is on 43 floor.. amazing

Beautiful place and at a breath taking spot. Staff in the front were very helpful. Good, clean and the most important thing is that its private for the guests. There is a security at the entrance of the pier so nobody can come in. Guests can take walks at the pier, but not the whole pier but some areas. Security was very helpful and understanding. 2 things that need work are: 1. Pillows: the pillows were a pain in the neck. 2. The body wash: our room had an empty bottle of body wash and wasn't replaced for 2 days. Thank goodness, we had our own. And the bodywash holder was broken as well. maybe that is the case. Other then that, i would stay here every chance I get and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our visit so memorable.
