This was a very clean, nice hotel. The location right across the street from the Red line was very convenient. Walking distance to many places. I would stay here again and recommend others to stay as well

Very much enjoyed staying at the Royan Sonesta. The place itself was impeccable and the staff very helpful. The location was perfectly located in the downtown area. If/when I return, I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. Staff were nice and pretty accomodating. The housekeeper was pretty rude and short. The location was amazing for walking. We had an issue with the jet tub and was completely under compensated. We were offered less food credit than the upcharge of the room price. Also we are vegan so we couldn't eat much from the hotel restaurant. Overall we had a nice stay!

The valet attendant was very rude when I was asking him some questions, he needs to be taught some manners he basically called me stupid for asking same question twice. Night doorman implied I wasn’t staying at the hotel when I was walking back in. Had to show him my room key for him.
