"I can’t help but write a review for this property. The facilities look great, such as the pools, however that’s the end of the positives. The room was dirty! Hair, dead insects, a live cockroach, dead ant in my bath towel, bits of food on the floors… I was exhausted just trying to tip toe around the room to avoid stepping on the floors too much. To top it off, the tub had water stuck below it. Yes below it! So when you stood in the tub, the floor would swoosh around because water was stuck...

"This was a mixed experience. We visited the hotel first to ask to see one of the suites. The young woman at the front desk said we could not visit any suites because it was 3:30 p.m., every suite was already occupied by a guest, and all those guests had already checked in. I asked to speak with a manager, and the manager was unwilling to get up from behind the desk and come out and speak with us. In fact, there were five suites showing as available on Expedia and we booked one of them, so that...
