The staff couldn’t of been more helpful & friendly, did everything they could for us, to make our stay enjoyable We had booked the Classic room (with 2 rooms) it was not stated we had to go down 3 flights of stairs to the toilet/shower room, which we didn’t expected to be going down flights of stairs in the middle of the night - the auto light sensor - doesn’t click in until you are near enough at the top of the first flight of stairs when you leave the toilet/shower room so in total darkness . Unfortunately the toilet/shower room seriously needs updating (spotlight hanging out of ceiling, cracked tiles, smashed/broken tile for skirting board, mouldy ceiling) The accommodation is in a private unit, with its own door which is situated to the side of the front aspect of the pub, staircase upto toilet/shower room & then bedrooms up on 2nd floor Main bedroom - Kingsize bed with a single bed & 2nd room - double bed (tight - not much space to move around) Beds were comfortable Nice to have a sea view (from main bedroom) If you’re a fan of Hope Street - great to stay at where they filmed - nice touches of this within the pub area

Excellent location on picturesque sea front. Street parking. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurant / Bar. For fans of Hope Street this is the Commodore. Recommend.

There is a large free car park behind the property. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. The breakfast was huge and delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Parking was convenient behind the property. The room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and large portions.
