"Hotel is beautiful (both in architectral and interior design), location is perfect, next to the Panmen scene area with free access to the attraction via room key, bed is comfortable, breakfast buffet has plenty of selections (more local favorites than Western style food). Staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the room cleaning lady who retrieved and returned my backup cell phone that I left in the room after check out (just before we boarded the DiDi/taxi ride to the train station for our next vacation city). Overall, we were very happy staying in this hotel and had a great time in Suzhou."

"They bake their own goods. Yummy!! Very responsive to any drawbacks. Our drain was slow and plugged, and when we let them know, it was immediately taken care of. Walking distance to the Metro station. A little mold on the caulk in the shower. Clean rooms, clean sheets, good stay. Good value. Close the windows if worried about outside contaminants getting in."

"A mid-tier apartment hotel, well worth the $, overall clean and well maintained, staffs are super welcoming and nice, had to mention the restaurant manager I had an early flight and need to hop on Didi before 6:30, I went to the restaurant 6:10am asking if I could make some coffee and maybe take some breads, they were still preparing and the mgr let me in and had some basic breakfast versus jump onto my trip hungry. I felt at home."
