“Très mauvaise expérience à la Villa Antonio. Nous avons passé 9 nuits sans aucun ménage dans la chambre et, malgré nos demandes, jamais reçu de nouvelles serviettes ( eau qui sortait de couleur marron de la douche, cheveux dans l’évier, câble électrique sur notre terrasse qui pendait et j’en passe..) La piscine a aussi été fermée 2 jours car la couleur de l’eau était d’un vert intense qu’on ne voyait même pas le fond de la piscine. Au moment du départ, le gérant nous a crié dessus car nous……

“Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer im 3. Stock. Leider gibt es keinen Aufzug, sodass etwa 130 Treppenstufen bis zum Zimmer bewältigt werden müssen. Das Hotel und insbesondere die Zimmer sind sehr renovierungsbedürftig und wirken deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Unser Zimmer hatte zudem keinen Balkon, wodurch das Trocknen von Handtüchern und Badesachen sehr umständlich war. Der kostenfreie Parkplatz des Hotels befindet sich etwa 500 m entfernt. “This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction……

“Nochmal würde ich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren. Die 4 Sterne entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen bzw. der Einrichtung. Wenn man jedes Jahr 4 Sterne bucht hat man da einen guten Vergleich. Alles schon alt und abgewohnt. Die 4 Sterne sind nur wegen Lift, Pool und 24h Rezeption. Das ist ein Hotel für Familien und Kleinkinder. Es gab kaum andere Gäste! Extrem Laut. Zimmer schlecht isoliert. Babygeschrei die ganze Zeit. Kinder sehr lange wach und früh wieder auf. Kinder laufen und schreien ab 06……
