We had an incredible time here and the staff was so helpful. They helped us arrange a 5 AM airport taxi and answered us very quickly with questions. We wanted to stay outside of Munich and picked the perfect spot. The hotel had an INCREDIBLE restaurant next door. Many food options + coffee shops/bakery. ...

Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. Didn’t check with me and my colleague which credit card what to use, just directly charged the card left to the system. Check in time is so long and inefficient. ...
