"I only stayed one night at The Brittany but I enjoyed it. It's a no frills kind of stay but the room I had was up to date, clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Reasonable price too. Exactly what I was looking for. "
"The setting is beautiful. The staff were amazing - kind and attentive. Our room was very dated and in need of updating including the bathrooms. The furniture in the room was an odd collection of pieces that could have come from a yard sale. It was not up to the standard we expected given the cost of the room and the overall resort vibe. "

"Even nicer than the pictures! Sitting in the hot tub under the stars and listening to the creek and the forest sounds was amazing. The location is handy to have everything, but still provides seclusion and respite."

"The carriage house was a great experience. Clean and cozy (but not small). River running just outside provided great calming sound throughout and otherwise very quiet and at the very back of a wonderful area. Hiking trails are walkable directly from the property as well. Dorset is a wonderful area and close enough to Manchester that we drive in daily. Would highly recommend this place. "
"This property is amazing: the grounds, the gardens and of course an exceptional, well equipped house. The architecture, the views and the many bedrooms and bathrooms made it so comfortable for our group of nine. The kitchen is well organized and has every convenience for cooking in."
