Great hotel for families.

Solid resort. One improvement could be made easily is to extend towels stations hours. They are open only from 9:00am to 12:00pm, and then from 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Another big improvement needs to be made due to the safety: door to the bathroom and door to the shower open same direction, and you are hitting your glass door to the handle of bathroom door if it is open or someone walks in.

Lots of issues with the room with numerous things broken including the air conditioning. The hotel was already aware of this. As we found a card on the door with all the faults on and they put us in the room anyway. They were not great at getting things resolved would not stay again.

My daughter and I stayed here from 23/3 to 30/3 in a beautiful Seaview room. I can't give enough praise to the all of the Staff who made our holiday a brilliant experience. The front of house staff were so helpful and went out of their way to book taxis and suggest nice places to visit. The restaurant staff worked incredibly hard and the variety of food every day was spectacular. Cellists and violinists played guests into the restaurant and the Waiting Staff were super efficient. Our room was spotless and remained so throughout our stay. We can recommend the treatments at the Hotel Spa. The Staff there were welcoming and made us feel welcome and relaxed. The Hamam experience was fantastic. We loved the range of languages spoken by the hotel staff and also the kindness from local people that we spoke to. We had never been to Turkey before but this experience is definitely one that we would love to repeat.
