My overall experience was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, there are a few minor details that I hope the hotel management will consider addressing to further improve the guest experience. I believe the hotel entrance would benefit from some renovation, particularly the carpets, which appear to need refreshing. My room, No. 201, was excellent, and the bathroom was also very good. However, both clearly show signs of age. The room carpets and the upholstered headboard would benefit from deep cleaning or, ideally, replacement as part of a refurbishment. These are only minor observations, as my overall experience was excellent. With a little attention to these details, the hotel could further enhance its already very good standards. Overall, I recommend this hotel and definitely ill stay next time in it

Absolutely fabulous hotel and perfect location to enjoy the wonderful scenery - mountain hikes and swimming and activities on the lake. Duty manager so welcoming, helpful and friendly, advising us on walks on our arrival. Friendly restaurant staff and a great buffet breakfast to start the day with a much appreciated vegan selection. Lovely bakery on-site and covered walkway to the cable car opposite the hotel. Lovely spa area to relax after hiking, or to watch the rain from. Comfortable bed, fresh spring water, large balconies. No apparent air con, but nice just to have the window tilted open. Well served by buses
