“Actually I havent seem 1 Marriott group hitel service is so bad. 1. no clear information for carpark. 2. No telephone inside the guest room . if any emergency, who should I call? 3. No slipper provide. 4. I don't expect Marriott group hotel can provide so un standard breakfast. How csn hotle charge us a expensive breakfast charge.”

“Clean and pleasant with excellent staff. The room with the river view is slightly pricey. Amenities are minimal for a hotel at this price point. The hotel could not provide me toothpaste and there is no kettle in the room. It is somewhat inconvenient to go to the reception to have hot water prepared for you by the staff at the front desk. I like however the fruit bowl they have in the lobby.”

“We arrived Dec 24th to check in, only to find out that I made the reservation for the 25th by mistake!! This could have been a disaster but the front desk agent really helped us out. He was able to get us rooms that evening and to cancel the room for the next night, even though we had passed the deadline. He was so very helpful! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had many offerings. Additionally, the location was very convenient for us. ”
