We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is walking distance from the cathedral and has beautiful rooftop views. Our room was clean and had a beautiful balcony. Staff was amazing and attentive. Would stay here again!

Hotel lobby and restaurant seating area was very clean and open. But that was it, the room didn’t have a bathroom vent and window was painted shut. While checking out they tried charging me for a small hand towel for having make up stains. The thing is that they never cleaned my room while my stay (my choice). But they claimed they had retrieved it while cleaning my room. A little penny pinching if you ask me. We spend at least 10 minutes figuring out that it wasn’t from my room.

it was a beautiful hotel, but it was still a 10 minute drive from the city. Staff was great and they cleaned the room for us while we were gone, I will say if you’re looking to stay in a place with your family this might not be the one, there’s no privacy to the restroom, no doors for shower or to use the toilet, the bed was rock hard and the remote to the tv did not work.
