“Booked this weekend for a relaxing weekend with the family. New owners giving it their all to get this place back in order! They were very accommodating and welcoming. Dock is under repair from storms and they are working with property across the river to get us out and fishing! Room was clean (could have used a back up supply of towels, and more dishes) but easy to overlook due the owners friendly southern charm! I would recommend this stay for anyone! “After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to……
