Summary:  
This recently refurbished duplex listing is new to the market for 2024\. The apartment is in the north city suburb of Swords and is located conveniently close to Dublin Airport. The Pavillions Shopping Centre is close by along with all the facilities of Swords Town Centre.  
  
The Space:  
There is an open plan living/dining area with a kitchen off this space.  
  
There are two double bedrooms and one bathroom.  
  
Highspeed WiFi and Smart TV are installed ensuring guests have all the connections they require.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have the entire space to themsleves. There is a keybox for easy access options.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Swords has a great selection of shopping and dining options along with great entertainment venues. The town is a short walk from the accommodation.  
  
The location is ideal for anyone who needs to be close to Dublin Airport.  
  
Getting Around:  
There is an excellent bus service into and out of the city. If guests have a car there is free onstreet parking at the accommodation.
