“Our stay was very short - we used it only from 8pm to 4am the night before a very early morning flight. The apartment was as advertised: Comfortable and clean with some nice amenities included. Although a free shuttle is available, our early flight meant we had to use Uber...which was 28 euros for the ~1 mile trip. Not the owners fault...just a heads-up. The host was pleasant to work with and communication was good. I would rent here again if the opportunity surfaces.”

“The location of this room is perfectly situated in the heart of the old town. Restaurants and shops are all located within a short walk, just know that the town has steep stairs, particularly on one side of the main pedestrian street. One thing to note is that the restaurant on the narrow alley opposite the front door and room windows can be noisy into the night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The host provides them complimentary as well.”

“We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night. The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up. The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning. No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay.……

“Great location , Domenika who help to check us in is so helpful, friendly n refer us to good restaurants as good value , good quality food. We live our top floor n have to carry out bags up n down. But fully understand cos old building do not hv lift. ”

“The room had an amazing view of Old Town and we were able to park our car there aswell. The host was clear with communication and parking instructions. The location was out of Old Town so be prepared to walk up ALOT of steps. But it is worth it as it is out of old town and not too busy.”

“It would have been helpful if there were instructions as to which gate to the city should be used for those coming with luggage. The gate closest to the property involve many small stairs, whereas the end gates have ramps to roll suitcases.”
