“The bedroom was spacious and we also had a lovely balcony with views down to the harbour. We were met by our host on arrival and he showed us on a map some places to see in the national park. Due to ferry times, we arrived before the normal check-in time but our room was still ready which was appreciated. The bed was a bit soft but we still managed to sleep well. The window shutters helped to keep it nice and dark too and the air conditioning worked well. The kitchenette was small but well……

“The apartment itself was very good value for the money, especially compared to other places we stayed in Croatia. It had a beautiful view, a nice balcony, and all the amenities we needed. The only notable downsides to the space itself were the very thin walls, which made it easy to hear neighboring units, and bedding that felt somewhat rough and less comfortable than expected. Unfortunately, the communication and check-in process were frustrating. The property appears to be managed remotely……

“Until arriving at the property you have to communicate with a company called Direct Booker. It takes them 2-3 days to respond. I asked a pre checkin question and they responded after I checked in. The other request was answered with a non-answer. The property should consider finding another partner. The property did not really have the room ready. "Highly recommended place to stay if you visit Dubrovnik. Clean room, polite staff and comfortable. Great facilities and restaurants in the resort area. Frequent shuttle bus travelling between resort and old town Self Driving in Old town is restricted and hotel within old town not recommended ( tons of stairs awaiting you)."
