The biggest issue was that this is not a 2 bedroom apartment, it is a small 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed. When searching I had even used Expedia's filter function to only include 2 bedroom apartments. The people who it belonged to were a charming couple who went out of their way to help us. The location is wonderful and the apartment is simple yet has everything you need, from AC, stove kitchen and outside grill. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows for my wife! “This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction……
