Perfect location for the Canal Park area. Super clean and well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Walkable to all attractions and dining. Perfect Getaway

Amazing location and very beautiful property. The property managers are very nice and friendly.Perfect distance to Canal Park and beach access to see the boats. Loved it!

What a wonderful property and hosts! We were first time visitors to Duluth, and this beachfront unit was quiet, extremely clean and well appointed, extremely comfortable for 2 adults. The bed was large and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is in a unique part of Duluth that is in walking distance of a nice restaurant/park district. The hosts were available for any questions and made us feel most welcome. Thank you hosts, for providing this great oasis to stay in while we explored the coast of Lake Superior!

Great Location

Decided on a rental rather than a hotel, great choice with this property. The location was wonderful and the bungalow well cared for. Everything was as described in the listing and we would definitely stay again. Really is a 10*!

My friend got married in Canal Park and instead of staying in a hotel, I chose to stay here and it was exactly what I needed! The check-in process was super smooth, the pictures match the space and the view is priceless.

Beautiful beach on Lake Superior!

I highly recommend this beautiful apartment on Park Point in Duluth! It's quiet and centrally located. It is walking distance to the boardwalk and many restaurants and shops or you can just enjoy your time looking out at the water! Lovely!

This was a beautiful place to stay, a perfect location on Lake Superior, and very comfy and classy inside. Everything we needed and more was provided. We were within walking distance of the Aerial Bridge and downtown attractions and restaurants. Very peaceful to sit on the beach and watch the big ships come into the harbor. We were fortunate to be in town at the start of the Festival of Sail, and we so enjoyed seeing the tall ships parade out of the harbor and then back in with their sails unfurled. Quite a treat for us! Sunrise was spectacular just looking out the living room window. Our host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had the first evening, and so kind and amazing after our stay in sending some forgotten items back to me. Carl deserves a 10-star rating for sure! He was great! We would definitely stay again in this beautiful place!

A little staycation

This is the most beautiful property! It literally takes your breath away when you walk in the front door of the house to see the beautiful view of the beach and lake. We had a great time. We hope to go back again! Thank you Carl

Amazing location!

My wife and I stayed for an extended weekend and had a really great time! The place was clean, homey, and was in a great location. We loved being able to walk out the door and explore miles of the beach, walk over the bridge to Canal Park, and sip morning coffee while watching the ships come and go. Carl was very communicative and made sure we had what we needed and our stay was comfortable. Certainly will come back!

Enjoyed our stay

Nice apartment tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. Bed and furniture were comfortable. Owners were easy to contact and very helpful and accommodating. No problems whatsoever. My only disappointment (which I know the owners have no control over) was that I was hoping for more of a view of the lake from the large picture window. Unfortunately, the sand drifts were too high so only a small portion of the lake could be seen when standing at the window. It also would have been nice if the chiminea had been on some sort of deck or something more easily accessible to use and put chairs by but there was too much sand around it to make it easy to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Summer vacation

This property was perfect for our summer getaway. We had a beautiful sunrise view of Lake Superior from the living room. The location could not be better as you are able to walk right out on to the beach through the back yard. We were able to walk just down the street to view the aerial lift bridge in action. We were also able to walk to local shops and restaurants for shopping and dinner. There are many sites to see in Duluth we just ran out of time to see them all. We will definitely be back for another summer getaway.

Last minute fall get away

Cozy, quiet place right on the beach - we could hear the roar of the surf from inside, awesome! The weather cooperated and we enjoyed walking along the beach and seeing several big ships come and go. We're close enough to the canal, we even walked down to watch the ship go through the canal and under the Aerial Bridge; very cool. The place was wonderful and the bed was comfy. Check out was a breeze, with no hassles of doing any "house keeping"; like so many other places we've stayed. That was a blessing! Only negative I can say is the towels were extremely rough. If you have sensitive skin, bring your own. We put this on our "go back" list for sure!

Excellent accomodations

The property was so clean and that shower is top of the line. We never saw the owner even though he lived in the other half of the house. If we had questions he quickly responded by text. The only thing I saw that could make it even better was if there were a couple steps down to the beach since there is sort of a rough berm and a slight drop. I am sure it was fine for most people but I have neuropathy in my feet so hard to navigate rough ground. I did text that to him when we left and he said he would check into it and I have no doubt that he will figure something out. Definitely would book this property again
