“Warmed welcome by our host with a tour of public areas and our room with garden patio. Loved tea/coffee and snacks on offer at any time and delicious home made bread at breakfast. Stunning views from lounge and local path into Stirling meant no driving to dinner.”

“The food for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was fabulous! The rooms were tired although the bed was great some of the furniture needed updating. There was noise all night from a boiler (I think) which kept me awake. Overall a pleasant stay but a bit too pricey for the room stay.”

“Hotel was under renovation and their was a fault on the fire alarm panel both mornings which didn't make the stay feel all that safe with the major renovations going on. Their was no curtains over the window you could clearly see where the pole was taken out the extractor fan didn't work in the bathroom so the window was constantly open and didn't look like it could close. After the stay I recieved another bill from the hotel which km disputing through hotels.com as I had paid for the room……
