Second Elevator was down the entire 4 days we were there. Constantly waiting for coffee in the morning. The lady at the front desk had the personality of a door knob and treated us like we were interrupted the game on her phone.

Overall it was a good stay the room was clean.The staff was good in the beginning but at checkout the women working the front desk was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to be ask questions about the shuttles. And there was a problem with the printer I assume because I never received my receipt and she said she would email it .

There was no signage about where check-in was. No email was sent or even a reminder about reservation. When I booked reservation it stated we had access to pool and gym with continental breakfast on weekends. None of this was provided. No notification of the changes. Room was clean but noisy from street traffic. Bathroom door would not lock or stay closed. Ice machine on second floor had NO ice scoop.

I had a great night's sleep in a clean and comfortable space. The staff are kind and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this hotel/plan to return again in the future!

Easy walking to museums and metro. We had a delicious dinner at the rooftop bar.
