“My rating is based on several things….1. The listing needs to be update. The furniture is stained and worn out. When you sit on the couch you sink straight to the pull out mattress underneath. All the dinning chairs are covered in stains. 2. The owners are very adamant that you not wear shoes in their house, fine no problem. However the floor is damaged, not new. 3. “Enjoyed this pet friendly condo. The area is quiet and safe. The condo was very spacious and comfortable for my husband and I and our small dog. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfy. Close to the pool which has a hot tub and restaurant and bar. Mark responded quickly. Would definitely stay again. ”
