From the minute guests arrive at the secure and gated Tuscana Resort orlando, they will experience the magic of this special resort which is beautifully landscaped with lush planting and a private woodland. Tuscana Resorts has received the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor for 5 years running!

Located 10 minutes from disney world and overlooking the world famous champions gate golf course, this resort is equipped all the amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay; a large swimming pool complex with separate kiddie pool, hot tub, 30 seat cinema, fitness center, bbq areas, picnic tables, and complimentary wifi . There are restaurants and stores located less than a mile away such as mcdonalds, chili’s, subway, pizza hut, publix grocery store, and walgreen’s drug store.

This condo is as good as new! It has been fully renovated with brand new modern furniture and televisions (March 2016). The master bedroom boasts a brand new king size bed with a new 40 inch flat screen tv. The second bedroom has 2 brand new twin size beds with a new 40 inch flat screen tv. The living room is equipped with a new 55 inch tv, dvd player, and new pullout sofa which sleeps two. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, granite counter tops, and new plates and utensils.

Travel a lot and this was a very nice departure from Hotel life. Very quiet at night and i slept great. Perfect for getting a home like feel on the road. Zero issues with the property.

Before arriving I had a family emergency. When I contacted the property manager/owner regarding shortening my stay he was very short and non empathetic in regards to flexibility even when I asked about changing the dates without a refund. The place is extremely outdated. Upon entry there was a strong odor of smoke (like it’s in the furniture, carpet, bedding, and walls). When I emailed regarding the smoke issue I was no response (mind you he was quick to respond to anything related to modifications or money matters). The sign in the kitchen clearly states this is non smoking apartment/condo. My husband and my 3 yr old are asthmatics. Lastly there was human hair everywhere in both bathrooms and the couch. I would highly recommend you stay elsewhere.

Perfect home away from home
Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. My husband and I enjoyed our walk from the unit to the pool each day, however my son thought it was a bit of a hike. Coffees on the patio in the mornings were amazing. And lounging in bed enjoying shows to unwind at the end of the day provided the extra comforts of home We loved on site laundry and a dishwasher Perfect for a small group of 4 Looking forward to returning

Great location/unit for the price
We spent a week at this property and overall it was great. It's an older building and the unit has been nicely redecorated (but not renovated). The community pool was very nice and large enough for lap swimming (which is one of the reasons we booked it). So while it's not luxury, it was perfectly comfortable and a great deal for the price.

Mark is VERY responsive as is Fernando, the man who helped take care of things. We ended up with a brand new microwave because of some little glitches with the other one. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer, too! Convenient to restaurants and could even walk to the grocery store.

I recently attended a conference at the Omni champions gate. Rooms at the hotel were no longer available so I found this property. Convenient location in a gated complex. The unit was very clean and would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Convenient Location
We were in Florida for a dance convention. The location from the condo to the Disney Resort was convenient due to our early morning check in(s) and late evenings. The resort was approximately 20 minutes away from the condo. Communication with the host went well in the beginning upon check in and arrival. However, on our first night, I noticed the master bathroom’s shower knob was broken. I notified the host immediately. My husband, daughter, and I were exhausted from traveling so we managed for the first night and showered in the guest bathroom. The guest bathroom shower was not cleaned very well. It needed good spray down and scrubbing with some Clorox cleanup or something. There was hair on the wall, along with dirt / grime on the wall and crevices. I’m not sure if it’s Florida’s water or the pipes, but the guest bathroom also had an indescribable smell. I notified the host of the cleanliness concerns as well. The host responded the following morning and asked if someone could come by to repair the shower knob. I responded with yes. Unfortunately, no one ever came and I didn’t receive a follow up from the host saying anything else about it. I rented this particular condo for it’s location and space for my small family. It was a huge inconvenience this week with having only one shower available.

For the most part this property was a good stay. My husband and i are truck drivers and are from Florida but our actual home is too far away from our yard so we frequently stay at local properties during our clock reset. We were super excited to find this property and looked forward to staying often but after our initial stay the price tripled. It's a clean property, pool is nice traffic in the area is crazy busy at all times but the nearby area has lots of options. Host is for the most part quick to respond to messages. We appreciated the stay but unfortunately won't return due to price hike.

A few things about the property that we did not like. Right off the bat going to take a shower in the master bathroom the water valve came off in my hand as I was turning the water on. The water pressure in the shower was very low. I tried to use the other shower and the valve continued to rotate and I could never get warm water. The master bed was very soft, unsupportive, and uncomfortable with very flat pillows. There are very little supplies in the kitchen so if you plan on actually making a meal it will be very difficult. My son slept on the sofa bed that would not stay flat on the floor. The foot part of the bed would constantly rise up off the floor. There are zero instructions for check out. Basically check out strictly at 11am that’s it. When I booked this room it was for my family of four and I have a service dog. On our last day I was looking for check out instructions and noticed it stated only 1 adult. I am unsure why this would’ve changed, but nonetheless when booking a room there has never been a charge for an active service animal. Upon check out I received a message asking if we had a dog in the room. I replied back stating yes that I have a service dog that accompanied. I was then charged more for cleaning fees then the pet fee. I will not recommend nor will we stay here again.

Carpet was filthy. Just walking on it in barefeet made your feet dirty. Shower in primary leaked constantly. Backed onto a noisy highway so constant noise. Very few dishes or bowls. Mattress so old the seams were split. Not as depicted in the picture at all.No keys were left. The one nice thing about our stay was the beautiful weather and the very nice pool. Would not reccomend.
