  • Nestled in a wonderful, tranquil position enjoying magnificent mountain views, in the small hamlet of Amulree, with its beautiful historic kirk dating back to 1784. Perfectly located for touring the picture post card towns of Aberfeldy, Dunkeld, Creiff and Pitlochry with its Festival Theatre, fish ladder and the Enchanted Forest, Scotland’s premier sound and light event. If adventure is what you are after, look no further as the area boasts a wealth of outdoor activities including golfing, bungee jumping on the river Garry, walking, climbing, cycling, canoeing at Grandtully, sailing and angling on Loch Tay, ornithology and highland safaris at Dull. Other places of interest within easy reach, include the historic Castle Menzies, Dewars World of Whisky and the fantastic Crannog Centre.

    The pretty front garden leads you up a flight of stairs to the single storey bungalow where you enter the hallway, through to the light and bright lounge enjoying splendid uninterrupted mountain views, with TV/DVD and electric stove perfect for cosy nights in. Continuing back through the hallway you will find the well-equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, large dining table for great get together with French doors leading out to the rear garden, where on a sunny day open the doors and let the outside in. There is a very handy utility room with tumble dryer and freezer. From the hallway you will find the single bedroom, twin bedroom and the double bedroom all enjoying either rear garden and or mountain views together with the stylish shower room and WC.

    Venturing outside into the fully enclosed mature large front and rear garden, you will find a decked area with seating perfect for alfresco dining and lazy evenings star gazing over the wonderful mountains. There is also a handy bike store available too.
