"My bathroom counter had dust and had not been cleaned and the breakfast bar was terrible the English muffins had mold and there was no coffee and supplies every day had to ask for more"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, making up for a few -ish points. The included breakfast was surprisingly average, though, for a Hampton Inn property. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great. Excess water from reconstituted scrambled eggs should probably have been ladled off. It's scrambled eggs, not eggy soup. Excessive guest noise was also an issue (for more than just our room), but the support team were very responsive and reached out to the parents straight away to get a resolution. Indoor voices were eventually found and the impromptu running track up and down the halls was closed."
