There was visible dirt and grime in all of the corners and even a pretzel on the floor. Our room was filled with the smell of pot at one point in the night. Walls were thin. “Don't let the parking lot dissuade you, the lot is rough, but spacious. The outside of building is worn, inside is tidy. There is no elevator, so take the steps, or first floor room. The rooms are basic hotel retro; clean neat, hot water, good t.v., the king size bed was good too! If you are going to the concert venue, it's next store, 5 minute walk!
