This home sits on 2 acres nestled at the base of Castle Rock adjacent to hundreds of acres of public land and the Elbert Creek Hiking Trail out the back door. This home offers an authentic glimpse of Colorado living with its stylish renovations, and its all-around comfort in an unmatched setting. Located less than 3 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort and a 20-minute drive to Downtown Durango, this home combines ultimate convenience with a luxurious mountain getaway.

This gorgeous 5,500 square foot home leaves little to be desired. The jewels of this home are its towering floor-to-ceiling windows in the great room and master bedroom which capture the surrounding scenery, its reclaimed hardwood floors, three fireplaces, spacious dining areas, and a showroom kitchen. Natural light and spectacular views infiltrate the beautifully updated master bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate living space, 3 twin beds and a bathroom with its own separate entrance that provides an added level of privacy making this home perfect for multiple families or groups of friends.

The home’s other highlights include 3 separate outdoor spaces including a wraparound deck, a fire pit, a covererd hot tub with views and both ping pong and foosball. There is a 2-car garage available for guest use and there is a washer and dryer on both the main floor and the ground level.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
