“Location was great. Place could use a refresh. The big complaint was lack of info on how to get into the unit after hours. The bldg is supposed to lock at 7pm and on 3 occasions it was locked around 5pm. We did have a key to access back of bldg. But we did not take it with us one day as we were returning way before 7pm one night. AFTER 3 nights there we were finally told how to access the key fob that allowed us entry into the bldg. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay. “When we arrived the house was FREEZING. We had 30 minutes to get ready in the COLD and head to our Basketball game. First night we slept in the bed that was not very comfortable we heard a lot of noise and my wife said the house is haunted she basically did not sleep. Ton's of bugs I had to kill, clothes left in the dresser and closet from previous guests, outside front door someone spit not once or twice but like six times it was totally disgusting. “Lovingly cared for, clean, well equipped trailer in a gorgeous setting. Lots of fun details and friendly host who answered my texts quickly. It was a bit far from downtown Durango but we knew this ahead of time. The only drawback was the toilet became inaccessible once the second bed was assembled. Perfect place for a single person or couple not requiring a second bed. Main bed was large and very comfortable. Will happily recommend this location to others. ”

“Awesome location. This condo was an easy drive to the ski slopes and Durango restaurants and activities. The resort is very nice. Has a fitness center and indoor pool, restaurants and bars. The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and a nice tv. Very clean. The kitchenette had coffee and coffee makings for the single cup keurig. Enough cookware for light cooking on 2 burner stove or toaster oven. We have no complaints. Had a wonderful vacation.”
