“Excellent- 10 out of 10!! We stayed on a Sat. The location was prefect. We were able to walk to the event & not a long walk. We decided to check out the night life after the event & walk around. We had a great time. Stompbox food was very good! He provided clear and precise instructions for parking & how to get in the bldg and loft. It was very clean & provided everything you could need to stay. He even has ear plugs next to the beds, in the event you feel the pubs are too loud. We never heard……

“The house and location were great overall. Plenty of room! A family with kids would especially appreciate the wonderful basement space. Fenced yard was such a benefit for our dog baby. We had an issue with an outside light to the back yard, Kyle came right away to fix it. Only potential improvement would be around some functionality. No tables of any kind in the living room. I understand you may not want people to eat and drink in there, but they will anyway….and they do, by the look of……

“The place was very clean. The communication with the owner was prompt when messages sent. The location is great for the RicerCenter or anything downtown. Recommendations - More Linens - there were no hand towels. One wash rag per person for the whole week. One towel per person. One dish towel. - 5 guests should be anticipated with wash rags and towels - Also there were black wash rags we assume for makeup but no instructions (2 for 5 people) - Windows were open upon arrival and it was 30……

“Communication was good, the location was nice... However, the train horns did keep us awake at night, and the music from the bar downstairs was played very loud during the evening hours. We feel the loft had everything needed to make for a weekend stay. ”

“When we got to apartment complex we went up to our unit, put in code and when opened door there was someone's stuff in the apartment. Try to contact host but didn't get a response. Lucky for us, someone came into clean and he was able to contact another person who co-owned property. We were given a different apartment; however, we worried that it may have been reserved by someone else. There is a restaurant on the first floor that had bands all weekend which were very loud upstairs.Also, just a……
