My room was clean, and I easily received a few extra linens upon request. I had my dog with me, which required an extra nightly fee. My room had a wood-like vinyl floor, which was a new experience in a hotel. I put down towels to give a bit of cushion. The best thing was the ability to walk the complete perimeter of the building with my dog! The whole breakfast experience needs improvement. I stayed for four days, and the only thing that changed was a few different pieces of fresh fruit. Table tops were not wiped, and the floor of a lower level seating area was sticky, with little change over four days.
