“This property was clean and had all the essentials. It was a little Spartan in decor, but that helped us make sure we didn’t leave any of our possessions behind upon check-out. “Location is easy 8 min drive to Duke U Hospital but felt like a small escape from the serious purpose of visit. We were attracted by the hammocks for that reason and it WAS nice to grab a swing.As a close-proximity stay — as long as you don’t want to be right on the hospital campus — it was a winner. Nitetime arrival was no problem due to code entry. Plenty of room for 2 and would work equally as well for 2 couples who get along in shared spaces. Just one TV, but WiFi was fast & reliable for……

“Amazing location in Durham, walkable and pretty. Neighborhood is a mix of places. This property is adequate but could be so so much cuter with a little more care. Linens outdated and kitchen pretty bare. Still, comfortable enough and happily took our dog. Heavy use of air fresheners that felt suffocating upon arrival but we aired the place out. All in all a good stay. ”

“Great spot that was right in the heart of everything. The space is very bright and spacious for a studio, and had all the necessary amenities. If there’s a drawback, it’s the bar upstairs. A little noisy till 2:30 in the morning, but we’re old. Kids and younger folks would love it. Alva was really helpful and kind. Will definitely stay there again, just not on a weekend given the noise level”
