“The property was great—easy to access in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown. The hosts were very accommodating, anticipating needs before any questions presented themselves. Arriving on a cold night, the heater was already set to a warm temp, which was really appreciated and thoughtful.”

“This was the perfect place for us to stay during a family wedding in Durham. We were walking distance to downtown and easy driving distance to other sites in the area. The condo is very spacious, especially with the super high ceilings. It's also clean and very tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, and the rental company was very responsive to our questions. They also let you know in advance that the bedroom walls don't reach the ceiling. That didn't bother us, even……

“The sunroom converted to sleeping space was too cold to use (obviously not on the HVAC system., Luckily, we only needed two bedrooms. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms and the large updated kitchen was a huge plus. Only negative was that the place lacked any character or design and had a lack of furniture, specifically in bedrooms.”

“Just as the name, very quaint and comfortable. I absolutely love the location of the property for starters as it is close to the Downtown area, Durham, Cary, Greensboro, etc.The outside seating area with the swinging chair is absolutely adorable along with the pebble path leading to the back entrance. The inside is cute and cozy, provided silverware, plates, pots and pans, towels, nice air conditioning and even games to play. Everything was clean and communication with the property owner was……

“Overall we had a good nice stay. We all got sleep and got a shower, which was the goal. The problem comes in this, and part of it may fall on me, but we reserved a room for 3 people and there was only space for 2 people--the main bed is a full so even on my honeymoon I'm not sure if I'd want to share something that small with someone; the other bed was a futon. And there were only 2 pillows. I ended up running to Target to get an air mattress and another pillow. Second, the host was pretty slow……

“I did not stay at the location. I ended up getting ripped off by a Nigerian company represented by Lemhi and I find it to be embarrassing that your company allows Lemfi to steal from people. I never went near your location and Idon’t ever want to.”
