“Good location to/from the airport, clean, lots of amenities for family stays. The hotel attendant lady was extremely helpful and supportive. Recommended for families. ”

“We booked the panoramic ocean view room. Upon check in, we were placed in the cheapest room (garden room). I asked the front desk and showed them my printed confirmation of what I booked and that the room we were given did not match and they said they would “upgrade” us the following night. On the second night they moved us to the room we initially booked. It was not an upgrade it was just what we paid for. We asked to be refunded the difference for the 1st night and they said there was nothing……
