“This is a small (~8 rooms) boutique hotel near the Istanbul airport and the Black Sea. The staff was amazing. The lady that was present when we checked in really went over the top to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The same can be said of the gentleman present at the front desk in the morning. We were there in the offseason (so maybe the staff is bigger at a different season) and there appears to be just two people working: the front desk person and a chef. That being said, we didn’t……

“I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Hotel never responded to my email I sent them through Expedia. Zero communication with hotel regarding my travel. When I arrived for breakfast, the table was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly. It made the dining area feel very unhygienic and unpleasant. And the most serious issue happened when the hotel arranged a taxi for me. The driver charged my card multiple times, each time with higher amounts. I believe the driver was……

“It’s not close to the airport. On the way back it took as 30 mins. Maybe I was there during the low season. But it’s the reason to keep the rooms so dirty. The toilet looked like it was never washed for the last months. I didn’t dare to take a shower because it was tooo dirty there. I didn’t stay for the planned time, and left earlier to the airport. ”
