“Frukosten de 3 dagar var inte någon höjdare och man skulle kryssa i vad man ville ha till frukost och de var inte mycket att välja på. De andra dagarna blev det frukostbuffe och då var det riktigt gott och fanns mycket att välja på. Annars finns det trevliga cafeer inte så långt bort. Det luktade avlopp i toaletten och sängen var riktigt skön att ligga i och de var trevliga som jobbade på hotellet. ”

Sewer smell was insufferable we couldnt stay in the bathroom even to brush teeth. Thankfully A.. helped us change our room. He was kind and helpful. However there was a man who came after A.., we don’t know his name since he didnt even introduce himself. He was rude and cocky when we told him we wanted to change rooms. He……

“Check-in was frustrating this time, because they clearly were not expecting us. English comprehension was very poor. I told her that I had reserved two rooms over a week before, but she insisted that I had no reservation. So I looked up my prepaid reservation on my phone and showed it to her. Even though she had heard and seen my name several times, she kept on looking through other reservations and asking if that was my name. After a very long wait, she finally found it. No way to welcome……

“The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The location of the hotel is really great. The breakfast was medicore not with many options but enough. We loved the cake served in the breakfast. The room was clean and spacious enough. However, it was interesting that the hotel was a 4-star as it looked more like a 3 star one. Overall, I would recommend staying here. ”
